Fix a low-resolution photo
Old phone photos, downloads, profile pictures, anything that is too small to use. PixelUp increases the resolution and rebuilds the detail at the same time.

Resolution is only half of it
Making a file bigger is easy. Making it sharp at the new size is the job. PixelUp does both in one pass.
Four to eight times the pixels, with detail
A 300-pixel photo comes back at 1K, 2K or 4K. Edges, hair and fabric are reconstructed at the new size rather than stretched, so the result reads as a real photo.
- Any input size, output up to 4K
- Faces kept the same person

Old phone cameras
Photos from early smartphones are small, noisy and soft. The pass handles all three, so a 2010 photo can look like it was taken on a current phone.
- Denoise, sharpen and enlarge together
- Natural color and light kept

Profile pictures and avatars
A profile photo saved from a site is often 150 to 400 pixels. It enlarges cleanly enough to reuse on a larger screen or print at small size.
- Good for 200 to 800 pixel sources
- Preview free before any paid size

Questions people ask before uploading
Is this free?
Sign in with your email and get 12 free credits, enough for two runs. After that each run costs 6 credits at 1K, 10 at 2K, 16 at 4K, with the download included.
How much can resolution increase?
Up to 4K on the long edge from any input. The useful increase depends on the source: from 400 pixels, 2K looks natural and 4K starts to look painted. The preview shows you before you spend credits.
Is it the same as making the image bigger in an editor?
No. An editor stretches existing pixels and blurs between them. PixelUp reconstructs detail, so edges and texture are sharp at the new size.
Will a low-resolution face look like the person?
Yes, as long as the face is recognisable in the source. Identity, expression and age are preserved by design.
Can I fix a low-resolution logo or graphic?
Yes, with clean edges on shapes and text that are still partly readable. For a vector-style logo, a dedicated vectoriser gives cleaner results.
What sizes can I download?
1K, 2K or 4K on the long edge, as JPG or PNG. 4K is about 4096 pixels, enough for an A3 print.
